Patient 1
This patient is a 32-year-old, 5’1″ and 114 pounds, mom of one. She underwent a full mommy makeover including a breast lift with implants with liposuction of the axillae, a full abdominoplasty, and liposuction of her flanks (muffin top). She is only 5 months removed from surgery in this photo – the breasts will continue to relax and the swelling will subside more over time.
Patient 2
This is a 5’1″, 165 pound, 40-year-old mother that developed severe rectus diastasis as well as skin laxity and breast ptosis. She had 600cc saline implants in prior to the surgery. She underwent a bilateral breast implant exchange with lift, utilizing a smaller implant (textured, Sientra Moderate Plus 455cc implants were used). She also had a full abdominoplasty with liposuction of flanks.

This patient is a 32 year old mother that had 3 pregnancies and developed skin laxity and rectus diastasis, as well as breast ptosis. She is 5’4″ and 168 pounds. The patient underwent full abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with liposuction of flanks (muffin top), and a breast augmentation with mastopexy (lift) utilizing 415cc implants.
